How to Delete Your CrushOn AI Account and Cancel Your Subscription
If you want out, here is the complete process. I will cover subscription cancellation first because that is where most people run into unexpected charges — then account deletion.
Cancel Your Subscription Before Deleting
This matters. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing. If you subscribed through a payment processor, that subscription lives at the payment level and keeps charging until cancelled there.
Where to cancel:
- If you subscribed on the web: your subscription is managed through CrushOn AI's payment system (SubscribeStar or direct card). Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
- If you subscribed through Google Play: open Play Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → CrushOn AI → Cancel subscription.
- If you subscribed through the App Store (if applicable): go to iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → CrushOn AI → Cancel.
Key point: Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access through the end of the current paid period. You will not get a refund for the current month.
Confirm cancellation by checking that the status changes to "Cancels on [date]" rather than staying "Active." Screenshot this for your records.
How to Delete Your CrushOn AI Account
Once subscription is cancelled (or if you were free tier), here is the deletion process:
On Web (crushon.ai)
- Log in to crushon.ai
- Click your profile icon (top right)
- Go to Account Settings (or just "Settings")
- Scroll to find Delete Account — usually at the bottom of the settings page
- Click it — you will see a confirmation dialog explaining what gets deleted
- Enter your password when prompted (security confirmation)
- Confirm deletion
Your account enters a deletion queue. The actual deletion may take 24-72 hours to process completely.
On Android App
- Open the CrushOn AI app
- Tap the profile icon
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to Delete Account at the bottom
- Follow the confirmation steps
If You Cannot Find the Delete Option
CrushOn AI has updated their interface several times. If the delete option is not visible in settings, the alternative is contacting support directly:
- Email: info@crushon.ai
- Request account deletion explicitly, providing your account email address
- They are required to process this — major platforms must honor deletion requests
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your CrushOn AI account:
- Your profile and login credentials — gone
- Conversation history — gone
- Any characters you created and set to Private — gone
- Remaining coin balance — gone (non-refundable)
- Remaining subscription days — gone (you lose them, no refund)
What does NOT get deleted by default:
- Characters you published publicly — these may remain in the library. If you want them removed, delete them from the creator interface before deleting your account.
- Any data CrushOn AI retains for legal/compliance reasons — platforms typically retain some data for a legally mandated period even after deletion requests.
Before You Delete: Things Worth Doing
Screenshot your coin balance if significant, in case you want to dispute anything later.
Delete your public characters if you want them removed from the library. Go to your character list, delete each one, then delete the account.
Download any conversation screenshots you want to keep — they are inaccessible after deletion.
Check billing one more time. Log into whatever payment method you used (Stripe, Google Play, etc.) and confirm there is no active subscription.
Want to Take a Break Instead?
If you are frustrated with the platform but not sure about permanent deletion, you can just log out and stop using it. Free accounts can sit dormant indefinitely. Paid subscriptions should be cancelled so you stop being charged, but the account itself can stay.
Some users delete everything only to re-register later. That is fine. You will just lose your conversation history and character library.
